We pay fair and market-compliant wages as well as a 13th monthly salary. In addition to the basic wage, the components of the gross monthly wage also include supplements for shift and weekend work.

We offer 25 days (or optionally 22 days + vacation pay for shift workers) and 10 paid public holidays per calendar year (9 public holidays are required by law). If you need more time off, we will find a solution together.

You benefit from an attractive company pension plan. Our savings contributions are 1% higher than required by law, the standalone death benefit is 3 times the annual wage and the disability pension is 60% of the insured risk wage. For this purpose, the coordination deduction is adjusted to the degree of employment, which benefits part-time employees.

Our employees are well insured. In the event of an accident, we guarantee 100% continued payment of wages and we cover 100% of the uncovered waiting period of 2 calendar days.

In the event of illness, the employee receives 100% of the insured salary from the 1st day to the 90th day. From the 91st day, the employee receives 90% of the insured salary for a maximum of 730 days within a 900-day period.

We provide work clothes and safety shoes for production and logistics employees, free of charge.

You can also benefit from the internal laundry service for work clothing: we cover 50% of these fees.

Through our apprenticeship opportunities, we offer comprehensive and practical training. At the Würenlingen site, we train apprentices in four different areas: commercial clerk EFZ and profile E or M, logistician: in EFZ and EBA, plastics technologist EFZ and EBA and polymechanic: in EFZ.
