The MyPaper Plus Inbox document organiser is part of a sophisticated and stylish filing system that helps you to efficiently sort and organise your documents - such as invoices, letters and more. It is also ideal for storing contracts, travel documents, insurance cards and other important papers. With this system, you can bring more order to your documents - whether in the office or at home. 


Here's how it works:

 

  1. Collect new documents: Place new invoices, documents and letters in the front compartment of the MyPaper Plus Inbox first.
     
  2. Sort and organise: As soon as you have time, temporarily sort your documents into the four folders by topic. The robust folders are labelled with the categories Archive, Pay, Act and Read. This means you always have an overview of important papers or upcoming tasks. Each pocket is suitable for A4 documents - including envelopes - and reliably protects your paper.
     
  3. Long-term archiving: You can then archive your documents in the compact MyPaper Plus Archive box.

 

The MyPaper Plus Inbox also impresses with its practical and well-designed features: The integrated handle makes the document organiser easy to transport - ideal for flexible use in different rooms. The Inbox can also be attached to the wall to save valuable space.
With its timeless design, the MyPaper Plus Inbox blends effortlessly into any interior. It is available in different versions and can be perfectly combined with other products from the document filing category.

  • Wall mounting: The MyPaper Plus Inbox can be quickly mounted on the wall to save space. Mounting material is not included in the scope of delivery.
  • Flexible cardboard folders: The four pre-labelled document pockets supplied for your documents are made of sturdy cardboard. The stretchy material makes it easier to reach into the folder and remove smaller documents.
  • Flap on the folders: The cardboard folders have a little pocket at the front, which means that small papers - such as ID cards, prescriptions or insurance cards - can also be stored without getting lost among the large documents.
  • Well-thought-out categories: The four folders are pre-labelled with the categories Archive, Pay, Act and Read - in DE/EN and FR/IT languages
