Tips for Your Paperwork Routine
Placement Matters
Place your MyPaper Inbox near the entrance, somewhere easy to reach. That way, you can drop off mail and papers right when you get home, before they pile up randomly on the kitchen table, the sideboard, or the couch.
Sorting with a System
Check your collected documents regularly. The four labeled folders made from FSC-certified cardboard help you sort and temporarily store papers in a smart way. Handle anything urgent right away to stay in control.
Time for Order
Take a little time once a week and bring your inbox to your desk. Go through each folder one by one. Afterward, you can archive processed documents – either in the practical binders of the MyPaper Archive Box or in your existing filing system.

Our tips for archiving:
Take your time when categorising your documents. With our 22 ready-made category stickers and rewritable fields, you can find any document in no time at all and save hours of unnecessary searching later. Regularly tidying up and disposing of superfluous documents also provides a better overview and creates space in your archive box.

Our target is to use recycled plastic wherever possible. Virgin material is used only for parts where recycled plastic is not technically feasible, like in the flexible handles of MyPaper Plus.
In the MyPaper line we are using the following shares of recycled plastic: MyPaper Plus (with handles): more than 98%. MyPaper (without handles): 100%
As we are using recycled material it can happen that there are small black dots on the product, due to the recycling process. We are trying to reduce them, but it is not possible to avoid them 100%. And we see it positive: The small dots are a proof that the products are in fact sustainable and made of recycled material.
No, but the folders are made of FSC certified carton to support sustainable forestry.
As plastic manufacturer we would like to produce as many parts of the product as possible out of plastic. However, some of the product’s functions (like the pocket for small papers) were only possible with folders made of carton. As the function of the product has always priority for us, we decided to produce the folders out of carton.
We are currently working on that. But according to our experience, the carton folders are more stable than they might look like.
Since we are using post-consumer recycled Polystyrene material for some parts, we are quite limited with colors for technical reasons. Therefore, we can only offer black and white products at the moment. However, our designers are always looking for new technical solutions – perhaps we can offer additional colors in future.
