If you provide us with your application documents and personal data, you consent to the collection, storage and use of the data in our IT systems as part of the application process. With your online application, you also agree that we can communicate with you via unencrypted e-mail during the application process, for example by confirming receipt by unencrypted e-mail. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail addresses given in the advertisement with effect for the future.

Rights of the persons affected

In accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transfer. If you want to assert your rights, you can contact our human resources department directly. Further information, for example about data processing when you visit our website, can be found in our data protection declaration. Your data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the application process, provided there are no legal retention periods to the contrary, or - in the case of recruitment - transferred to Rotho's personnel administration. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b) GDPR. Keeping your application in the pool of applicants or passing on your application documents within the companies of the Rotho Group requires your separate consent.
